Shipping Methods

  • Cash on delivery (except international mailing)
  • SF Express (Taiwan / Macau / Asia)
  • By the way smart cabinet pickup
  • Pick up at SF Service Center
  • Pick up at SF Station
  • OK Convenience Store Pickup (via SF Express)
  • 7-11 Pickup at Convenience Stores (via SF Express)
  • Direct office / residential address (via SF Express)
  • International mail


Delivery Policy

  1. All In-Stock products will be shipped within 1-5 working days after full payment has been received.
    　A. HongKong's and Macau's order will be shipped via SF Express and the shipping cost will be paid on delivery.
    　B. International order will be shipped via Hong Kong Postal Service or SF Express with a tracking number.
  2. Online tracking number will be provided after the parcels are shipped.
  3. International customers are responsible for any customs or import duties after shipment was made. Customers take full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs and resend shipment costs if they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
